York, Pennsylvania — November 1, 2022 — Horstman received a BAE Systems Partner2Win Bronze Medallion on November 1, 2022. The recognition highlighted Horstman’s commitment to exceptional performance and contributions to supply chain success in 2022 for BAE Systems’ combat and amphibious vehicle and maritime gun system programs.
BAE Systems’ Partner2Win is a global program designed to recognize suppliers across our supply chain who achieve operational excellence and eliminate defects by raising the bar of performance expectations to meet the demand of current and future customers. As part of the program, BAE Systems meets regularly with its suppliers at their locations to share best practices to ensure that the components and materials that compose BAE Systems products meet the highest quality standards.
“Delivering quality combat systems to our warfighters continues to be a main priority for BAE Systems,” said Marc Casseres, vice president of operations for BAE Systems’ Combat Mission Systems business. “Partnering with high performing suppliers allows us to fulfill customer needs, and continue to deliver to our commitments with safety, partnership, and innovation at the forefront.”
