We are looking to recruit Level 3 Engineering and Machinist Apprentices to begin their exciting careers with us, and grow your understanding of the design of our products and the processes behind the manufacturing of them. You will also spend time in other departments, such as our Quality Department, to get obtain understanding of the business. Our apprenticeships are in partnership with Bath College, and the course is for 4 years after which many of our apprentices have moved into departments such as ITS, Design and Machining.

• Spending time undertaking tasks in our CNC machine shop
• Undertaking assembly tasks in our Assembly department
• Working with our Manufacturing Engineers and Design Engineers to get a better understanding of the design of our products and the processes behind the manufacturing of them
• You will also spend time in other departments, such as our Quality Department, to get a wider understanding of the business

The training you will be getting

• Engineering technician Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard

After a period of foundation skills and technical knowledge development all apprentices will be required to achieve the following qualifications:

• Level 2 Diploma in Advanced Manufacturing Engineering (Foundation Competence)

After a further period of skills and technical knowledge development all apprentices will be required to achieve the following qualifications:

• Level 3 Diploma in Advanced Manufacturing Engineering (Development Competence) – Technical Support
• Level 3 Diploma or Extended Diploma in Advanced Manufacturing Engineering (Development Knowledge) 

Classroom and work-based teaching and assessment to monitor, knowledge, skills, and behaviours to ensure industry competencies.
